What is your warranty and what does it cover?

We offer 30 days warranty on all our equipment. This does not cover any neglect or damages caused by the customer.

How do you ship your product?

Depending on the customer’s choice, we can ship by air or ground. Since we have a contract with American Airlines, it is cheaper for us to ship by air than by ground. This is even faster.

What kind of assistance or technical support do you provide on Risograph equipment?

We offer a 24hrs tech. support on Risographs. We specialize on this equipment and we will be glad to help you at any time – 24/7.

Do you ship Overseas?

Yes. This is one of our strongest areas. We know which equipment is good in any particular country as well as the custom practices in that country. We ship to anywhere American Airlines and their affiliates fly.
